My goal is to help you celebrate every stage of your child's life, either at your home, in my studio, or at your favorite location. My style is light and fun with an emphasis on capturing your family's personality in a creative way. My passion is finding your distinct qualities and helping your family remember them for a lifetime.
OUTDOOR SESSIONS
OUTDOOR SESSIONS ARE BASED ON SUNRISE AND SUNSET TIMES
to get the best possible lighting and so that your images have that beautiful "glowy" look. These times vary greatly, depending on the time of year. If you choose an outdoor session, I will provide you with a location guide so that we can determine the best spot for you, depending on the loow you prefer for your images. If the timing for outdoor sessions does not work best for you, we can certainly schedule an in-home or studio session instead.
IN-HOME SESSIONS
IN-HOME SESSIONS ARE MAGICAL BECAUSE THEY ARE DONE IN YOUR HOME
with YOUR precious people and things, and it will capture YOUR FAMILY as you are. The goal is for you to look back at these images and to remember your family the way you actually existed at the time. I will come to your home, decide which areas work best for pictures and voila... your house looks picture perfect. Truly.
STUDIO SESSIONS
THE JESSIE HEARN PHOTO STUDIO CAN BE USED
as an alternative to outdoor sessions and for the winter months. The studio is set up for a natural and organic feel. It is perfect for newborn sessions, cake smash sessions, baby's first year mini sessions, as well as stylized sessions. The studio is designed with natural and studio light capabilities, which means we are not limited by ideal outdoor lighting times. If you are on a strict time schedule, the studio might be the best choice for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FROM THE MOMENT YOU BOOK YOUR SESSION, I START CUSTOMIZING THE SESSION TO FIT YOUR NEEDS.
First, you'll fill out an information form which will help me to understand exactly what you are looking for. In the weeks leading up to your session, we will continue to make arrangements over the phone and/or email. Of course you may request specific "poses", though most clients find that their favorite pictures were natural and unrehearsed.
CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY IS AN INVESTMENT
and I understand that this can be a big decision for your family. You should be able to come back to your images years down the road and see something you didn't even realize you wanted to remember forever. This is why I provide digital images. I will give you a release to have your images printed with www.mpix.com. Their quality is consistently outstanding and their prices are competitive.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO PURCHASE BOUTIQUE ITEMS:
gallery wrap canvases, metal prints, foam mounted prints, and more! I recommend ordering all large prints, albums and canvases through me. I do not offer recommendations on consumer grade companies that offer these products as I can't guarantee quality color and craftsmanship.
