sending all the love.

Diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor at age 3, Rosie has undergone 11 brain surgeries, spent countless nights in the hospital and received almost 1,400 doses of chemotherapy.

With the support and care of her mother JoAnne and older sister Bella, this Rockstar refuses to back down. Cancer hasn’t stopped Rosie, her sister and mom from helping raise over $500,000 and awareness for charities leading to increased research in pediatric cancers, and providing tons of toys to children and waiting rooms in hospitals.

Throughout treatment, these selfless girls continue to help others even after losing their home, an apartment eviction, bankruptcy and trying to find jobs with the flexibility to accommodate hospital visits. At present, Joanne and the girls live in subsidized housing. They’ve just lost their car and are in financial crisis.

And through it all, they have managed to keep their smiles. I am honored to have photographed them twice now, and both times, I am so sure that I get more from their session than I could ever give back to them.

But… maybe together we can make even a small difference in their lives. If Rosie’s story touches you too, feel free to click on this link: https://www.dreamfund.com/Dream/Overview/4125/Help-Rosie-and-the-Colucci-Family
